You will coordinate interdepartmental activities, assist with scheduling, and handle incoming inquiries professionally and promptly. Moreover, support for administrative documentation and collaboration with clinical teams will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate patient appointment scheduling and transportation
• Screen and triage incoming calls and inquiries
• Maintain accurate attendance and payroll records
• Organize admissions, discharges, and outstanding orders
• Utilize patient-centered communication strategies
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma with Medical Office Assistant certification
• Experience in payroll input and scheduling preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology required
• Minimum typing speed of 45 w.p.m
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
