Equitable Bank is inviting Indigenous students to join its Mortgage Services group as interns. This position is designed to give you hands-on experience while conducting meaningful research on the barriers Indigenous peoples face in accessing mortgages. You'll have the chance to rotate through various teams, working on initiatives that drive real change within the financial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete rotations within Mortgage Services teams
• Adhere to and apply established guidelines
• Research systemic barriers affecting Indigenous borrowers
• Collaborate with fellow Indigenous interns
• Present research findings in a final report
Requirements:
• Enrolled in or graduated from a relevant program
• Business and financial acumen is a plus
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Attention to detail and robust analytical abilities
• Commitment to ethical research practices
