Reporting to the Dean of the Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine, you will drive ISTAR’s mission with strategic oversight in clinical services, operational management, and community outreach. This position is ideal for a seasoned qualified who combines clinical skills with leadership. You will shape treatment practices, enhance donor connections, and guide a dedicated clinical team across Edmonton and Calgary while contributing to ongoing research and training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement strategic plans for clinical service improvement
• Foster relationships with donors and community partners
• Lead a team of speech-language pathology professionals
• Oversee operational and financial management aspects
• Provide direct speech therapy services to patients
Requirements:
• Leadership experience in speech-language pathology is essential
• Solid operational oversight capabilities
• Excellent community and relationship management skills
• Proven strategic planning experience
• Knowledge of research and training in stuttering treatment
