In this dynamic role reporting to the Clinical Services Manager, you will deliver patient care and education across multiple units at Osler sites. Your experience in acute medicine or surgery will support your ability to adapt and float to assigned areas. Each day presents current challenges in a supportive multi-disciplinary team workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Float to units based on daily staffing requirements
• Provide care in acute, palliative, and surgical settings
• Maintain current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Demonstrate teamwork in a multi-disciplinary approach
• Engage in continuous education in acute care
Requirements:
• Recent experience in acute medicine or surgery
• Fluent in English, all communication aspects
• Valid CPR certification
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage stressful, quick-paced situations
