4SEASONS aims to recruit a dedicated driver to support students and their families while cultivating a respectful and protected riding experience. This role includes completing vehicle inspections and ensuring operational efficiency while using GPS and communication tools effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Transport students with disabilities safely to their destinations
• Build and maintain qualified relationships with students and families
• Ensure a calm and safe workplace on the bus
• Perform daily inspections of the vehicle
• Follow established routes and schedules precisely
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years of winter driving experience
• Valid Class 5 (non-GDL) Alberta driver’s license required
• Clear driving record and completion of drug tests
• Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing
• Monday to Friday availability for split shifts
