In this permanent full time position, you will lead patient care and safety initiatives, ensuring exceptional experiences for both patients and staff. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee patient care and adjust staffing assignments
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure quality patient care plans are in place
• Facilitate patient transfers and discharge planning
• Lead staff educational initiatives and in-services
Requirements:
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Two years of recent nursing experience required
• Leadership experience in clinical settings
• Understanding of equity, diversity, and inclusion principles
