Job Description Support warehouse operations in service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal compliance and policies. Provide team leadership and direction for the warehouse organization. Implement warehouse strategy and execute operations to ensure optimum logistics solutions while balancing service and cost. Work collaboratively with key internal and external partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions and execution. How You Will Contribute Own the P&L for warehouse operations Manage activities related to handling and warehousing of finished goods, semi‑FG and raw materials Develop, coach, delegate and lead a high‑performing team Maintain proper storage and rotation using a warehouse management system Manage services to provide savings, superior service and safe, legal operations Support network design and projects to improve strategic position Monitor third‑party logistics service levels, research cause and implement corrective actions What You Will Bring Experience managing warehousing operations in FMCG/CPG Deep understanding of logistics, supply chain,



transportation and distribution center operations Experience in team leadership and people management (including union representation) Commercial awareness and budget management Able to negotiate, influence and manage third‑party partners Knowledge of warehouse management systems and data analysis Knowledge of relevant legislation and requirements for the geography Education Bachelor’s Degree Work Schedule Mon‑Fri (On‑site) with some flexibility over weekends to support off‑shift. Compensation Base salary $93,300‑$116,650 CAD. Target bonus 10% with potential overachievement. Eligible for company perks.
