Your leadership will involve coaching Team Leads and Community Living Counsellors, fostering a supportive setting where clients can thrive. Solid administrative skills will be necessary for budgeting, scheduling, and financial accountability across locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the operation of multiple independent living locations
• Engage individuals in community participation and citizenship
• Coach and mentor a team of Community Living Counsellors
• Manage scheduling, timecards, and financial reporting
• Build strong relationships with individuals, families, and team members
Requirements:
• Class 5 driver’s license; Class 4 required for permanent staff
• Access to a vehicle for commuting
• First Aid and CPR certification required
• Transparent criminal record check paid by CLS
• Leadership experience in related fields
