Join our installation crews working on residential and commercial window replacement projects across all five NYC boroughs. You'll work on everything from single-family homes to large multi-unit buildings.
2+ years window installation experience preferred
Ability to work at heights and in occupied buildings
Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in clean work
Valid driver's license a plus
NYC DOB card a plus but not required

Work directly with clients, architects, and building managers to scope projects, prepare proposals, and coordinate installations. This role requires robust communication skills and attention to detail.
Experience in construction estimating or window/door industry
Solid written and verbal communication
Proficient in Excel and basic CAD or takeoff tools
Knowledge of NYC DOB and LPC requirements a plus
Bilingual (Albanian, Spanish, or other) a plus





Join our in-house engineering team producing shop drawings, field survey sketches, and technical submittals for window and door projects across all five boroughs. You'll work closely with project managers, PEs, and manufacturers to ensure every drawing is accurate, code-compliant, and ready for approval.
Experience producing shop drawings for windows, doors, or curtain wall
Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit or SketchUp a plus
Familiarity with NYC DOB submission requirements and LPC a plus
Robust attention to detail and ability to read architectural drawings
Experience coordinating with manufacturers and PEs a plus
Any background in construction, trades, or building services
Motivated, reliable, and team-oriented
NYC-based or willing to work in NYC
