Vixxo is hiring immediately for a full-time Equipment Technician based in Vancouver, Canada. Experience preferred but willing to train entry-level candidates. A $1500 signing bonus and quarterly bonuses based on performance are offered.

Key Responsibilities
Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory
Own relationships with customers and inspire loyalty through skilled, reliable services that adhere to all safety rules
Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements, including thorough inspections, accurate maintenance on equipment, and complete paperwork

Qualifications
Enjoy working with hands and tinkering with electrical or mechanical components
At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing or customer service role
Passion for coffee (tasting is part of all repairs)
Smartphone proficient for inventory, scheduling, and other tasks
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Able to lift 50 lbs.
