Support the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit as a Scheduler responsible for vital administrative tasks and staff scheduling using KRONOS. This role is pivotal in the healthcare workplace.
The Scheduler will execute scheduling duties on behalf of Resource Teams while liaising with diverse stakeholders within the organization. Candidates should possess skills in office administration, preferably in a healthcare setting, and demonstrate proficiency with KRONOS Electronic Scheduling Program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform administrative scheduling for NICU staff
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders effectively
• Use KRONOS ESP to manage staff schedules
• Adhere to ONA and SEIU agreements in scheduling
• Maintain organization in a rapid-paced work environment
Requirements:
• Completion of a Community College program (one year)
• Minimum of one year in a healthcare administrative role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Robust communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic team
