Key Responsibilities: • Advise product teams on legal matters from inception • Negotiate and draft technology agreements, including SaaS • Build collaboration among cross-functional teams • Evaluate global products for legal compliance and risks • Keep abreast of relevant regulations and industry standards

Requirements: • 8+ years of legal experience as a product or technology counsel • Proven ability in managing complex legal projects • Called to the bar in Ontario • Experience working in-house preferred, especially in tech • Previous roles in R&D; and product launches are a plus.
