JLL is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join our Enterprise Asset Management team. This position involves developing and maintaining maintenance plans, scheduling proactive activities, and ensuring work order accuracy. You will work closely with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime and enhance efficiency through detailed data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop maintenance schedules to optimize uptime
• Support equipment audits and work requirement documentation

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years in maintenance activity planning
