Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatment programs for clients with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, in accordance with the standards of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
Provide physiotherapy services in a clinical setting.
Educate clients and their families on the management of physicalhealth conditions.
Participate in the planning and delivery of health promotion activities and community-based programs.
Collaborate with members of the interdisciplinary team and coordinate internal and external referrals as needed.
Ensure secure, effective care that meets skilled standards, including maintaining clinical documentation and ensuring confidentiality.
Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives and participate in strategic planning and accreditation activities.
