Your ability to build trust and provide compassionate care will be crucial in empowering community members, especially those from racialized backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage crises and provide intervention support
• Collaborate on resident support plans and goals
• Conduct community resource connections for tenants




• Lead educational group sessions on life skills
• Ensure thorough documentation of tenant health records
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or related experience required
• Experience with individuals facing mental health issues
• Valid Vulnerable Sector Police Check required
• CPR & First Aid certification or willingness to register
• “G” class driver’s license with your own vehicle
