Enhance lives as a Casual Support Worker across Greater Vancouver. Assist clients in achieving independence through skill development, with day and night shifts available.
As a Casual Support Worker, you’ll step in when regular staff are unavailable, providing essential support to clients with developmental disabilities. Ideally, you should have a certificate in social services or similar experience. This position requires handling challenging clients and performing physical tasks such as lifts and transfers. Full training is provided to ensure you can support our clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with daily living and social skills
• Implement training programs for client development
• Provide emotional and recreational support
• Lift and transfer clients safely
• Work flexibly across Vancouver, Richmond, and Surrey
Requirements:
• 1 year experience with developmental disabilities
• Certificate in relevant field or Grade 12 diploma
• Transparent criminal and medical records
• Valid First Aid/CPR and Food Protected certifications
• Eligible to work in Canada
