This role focuses on high-end clientele and quality repairs, requiring a comprehensive understanding of shop procedures and refining management systems. Candidates should have robust knowledge in prepping, painting, and the ability to adhere to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare vehicles and parts for finishing
• Mask and sand surfaces before painting
• Buff, wet sand, and polish finished vehicles
• Attend daily production and safety meetings
• Maintain shop cleanliness and assist as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of refinishing experience
• Valid driver's license is mandatory
• Red Seal ticket preferred but not essential
• Registered third or fourth-year apprentices welcome
• Solid knowledge of shop procedures
