As a Registered Nurse, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care and medication management. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in nursing and a minimum of three years in nursing, with a focus on mental health experience. This role emphasizes developing comprehensive assessments and recovery plans tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and nurture therapeutic client relationships
• Take charge of medication management and administration




• Provide ongoing assessments and behavioral support
• Help plan engaging social activities with clients
• Coordinate supportive services aligned with individual needs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing necessary
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Three years of practical nursing experience
• Two years focused on community-based care preferred
• Experience working in client homes and diverse settings
