GolfNorth is hiring a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst in Conestogo, Ontario. You will manage the accounts payable functions for multiple companies, ensuring timely processing and accurate record-keeping. Ideal candidates will support improvement initiatives and work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Verify and process invoices with accuracy
• Ensure timely payment processing according to deadlines
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
Requirements:
• Diploma in Accounting or related field
• Experience with NetSuite preferred
