As a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor, you will play a key role in all aquatic programming by ensuring guest safety and providing effective swim instruction. Your leadership and customer engagement skills will contribute directly to upholding the high standards of the MNP Community and Sport Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain safety through vigilant patron supervision
• Provide emergency assistance as needed
• Teach swim lessons according to Lifesaving Society standards
• Organize and assist with special aquatic events
• Ensure cleanliness of the pool deck and equipment
Requirements:
• Current Lifeguarding and Swim Instructor Certifications
• Valid CPR-C and Standard First Aid certifications
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in aquatic settings preferred
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
