Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct hourly checks to monitor youth safety
• Document and address any nighttime disturbances
• Support mental and emotional well-being of residents




• Perform household tasks including cooking and cleaning

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in relevant fields preferred
• Previous experience in community-based care settings
• Skills in trauma-informed care and cultural sensitivity
