Key Responsibilities:
• Identify organizational training goals with internal partners
• Develop relevant and effective training programs

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in a relevant training and development role
• Solid instructional design and facilitation skills
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems
• Ability to travel approximately 25% within North America
