Key Responsibilities:
• Provide holistic personal care to residents/tenants
• Assist residents with meals and nutritional needs
• Observe and report changes in resident behavior
• Transfer residents using safe techniques
• Ensure a clean and protected living environment
Requirements:
• Graduate from a recognized Care Aide Program
• Active registration with BC Care Aide Registry
• Previous experience in long-term care preferred
• Pass a vulnerable sector Criminal Record Check
• Robust communication skills in English
