Productivity/efficiency: Consistently complete assigned assembly tasks within or ahead of standard cycle times while maintaining quality standards.
Safety: Maintain a 100% safety record — no incidents or safety violations.
Attendance: Maintain 98% on-time attendance with no unexcused absences.
Attention to Detail: Catches mistakes early and follows exact instructions.
