Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise avionics technicians on maintenance tasks
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repair activities
• Ensure compliance with airworthiness and safety requirements




• Resolve technical issues in aircraft avionics systems
• Monitor team performance and adherence to standards
Requirements:
• Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License, Category E
• 6+ years of experience with avionics systems on aircraft
• Proven leadership experience in a maintenance setting
• Robust communication skills for stakeholder engagement
• Willingness to work flexible hours and settings
