Key Responsibilities:
• Lead operations of the Village Centre Concierge team

• Oversee daily openings, closings, and operations
• Assist in organizing resident events and functions
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in customer service, hospitality preferred
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operations systems
• Current First Aid and ProServe certifications are assets
