Become a Research Coordinator in the Department of Community Health Sciences at the University of Calgary. This part time role focuses on managing a multi-centre RCT for food insecurity among cancer survivors.
This position offers approximately 28 hours a week and is part of a two-year fixed-term contract, with potential for extension. You will work closely with the Principal Investigator to develop and oversee research projects analyzing the impact of subsidized food programs on health outcomes. Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities, from project coordination to budget monitoring, ensuring seamless execution of the study.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate research program administration and activities
• Collaborate with PI on project structure and evaluation
• Monitor research funding and project resources
• Delegate tasks to research staff, students, and volunteers
• Produce reports and support analytics
Requirements:
• Graduate degree with clinical trials management experience
• Registered Dietitian qualification preferred
• Robust knowledge of public health nutrition
• Experience with randomized controlled trials
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
