Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and monitor clients' care effectively
• Provide ongoing assessments and evaluations
• Maintain professionalism in client interactions
• Document care standards according to CNO guidelines
• Be available for on-call rotations when required
Requirements:
• Diploma in practical nursing from a recognized college
• Registration with CNO and in positive standing
• Valid CPR or First Aid certification required
• Ontario driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
