Join the U-Turn/U-Link team, working Sunday to Thursday with versatile schedule designed to meet client needs. You will support youth with complex issues, implement action plans, and facilitate connections to essential resources, thereby significantly impacting their lives. Your expertise will help teens develop skills vital for personal and social success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized service plans
• Provide supervision and support during community activities
• Teach life skills and community engagement practices
• Maintain positive relationships with families and caregivers
• Document necessary reports and program statistics
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in social sciences or related field
• One year experience with high-risk youth
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License required
• Basic First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain
• Criminal Record Clearance needed
