This full-time, temporary contract role focuses on building relationships among students and developing creative programming for Jewish life on campus. You will design initiatives that promote well-being and resilience, ensuring students feel connected and supported throughout their university journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build authentic relationships with students in Jewish campus life
• Develop strategic wellness initiatives and engagement programs
• Support students through event planning and resource navigation
• Stay informed on student needs and adjust programming accordingly
• Maintain confidential case management records of student interactions
Requirements:
• Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Experience in community service or social organizations
• Solid communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to advocate for students and manage crises
• Self-starter with multitasking and organizational skills
