Assistant Controller | Boucherville (In-Person)

A well-established family business in construction and property management is seeking an Assistant Controller to support the Controller in financial operations.
Responsibilities:
Full accounting cycle and preparation of financial statements
Financial analysis, budgets, and year-end closing
Accounting management related to buildings (leases, invoicing, common expenses)
Payroll, DAS, and GST/QST returns
Participation in process improvement
Profile:
5+ years of accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting (an asset)
Autonomous, structured, proactive
Real estate experience (an asset)
Proficiency in Excel and accounting tools
