Join our START team as a Clinician specializing in adolescent crisis management. You will conduct comprehensive assessments and provide short-term therapeutic interventions. You will also network with community resources to facilitate a robust continuum of care. Candidates must have a Master's degree and pertinent experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement comprehensive evaluations of client needs
• Provide therapy utilizing evidence-based intervention models
• Develop and oversee treatment plans collaboratively
• Consult with community services for accessible support
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings for program development
Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology or related field
• Two years of relevant crisis intervention experience
• Licensed or eligible for qualified registration
• Valid BC Driver's License
• Knowledge of adolescent mental health issues
