Veterinarian
Callander, Ontario – Full‑time, small animal practice. Salary range: CAD 125,000–135,000 per year (dependent on experience).

A thriving clinic with a supportive team and a focus on work–life balance seeks a DVM with at least one year of clinical experience in appointments, surgery, and dentistry. The practice employs 23 veterinarians, 6 veterinary technicians, 3 receptionists, and 3 veterinary assistants.

What You’ll Do

Provide clinical care in appointments, surgery, and dentistry.

Work independently and collaborate with on‑site veterinarians.

Participate in a team‑based environment with dedicated RVT and tech assistant support.

Schedule & Work Hours
Full‑time position, options for a 4‑ or 5‑day workweek. No evenings or weekends.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: CAD 125,000–135,000+ (flexible).

Retention/relocation bonus up to $20,000.

Production bonus structure.

3 weeks paid vacation at start.

80 hours sick leave annually (50% paid if unused).

Statutory holidays paid.

$2,000 per year health spending account.

$2,000 CE allowance + 2 paid CE days.
