Contributions (Responsibilities)

- Structure 3–5 year strategic roadmaps aligned with operational and corporate priorities
- Identify transformation opportunities (processes, organization, tools, ways of working)
- Prepare executive presentations and develop clear, impactful strategic recommendations
- Structure and support BEO performance routines (DMM, PDCA, performance reviews)
- Analyze performance data to identify gaps, trends, and priorities
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, problem solving, standardization)
- Ensure alignment between strategic initiatives and operational execution
- Coordinate stakeholders to drive execution




- Support decision-making through robust analysis and structured recommendations

Qualifications

- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- Experience in operational excellence, strategy, or transformation
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to structure long-term plans
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent executive communication and presentation development skills
- Comfortable working in cross-functional and complex environments
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is considered a robust asset
- Lean / continuous improvement certification is an asset
