In this permanent, full time position, you will act as a bridge between Admissions and Student Finance, actively guiding students through their financial journeys. You'll assess their needs, develop payment plans, and manage financial aid applications with precision while adhering to institutional policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed interviews to evaluate student financial needs
• Clarify financial aid eligibility and application processes
• Manage all documentation for financial aid applications
• Keep updated on compliance with student aid regulations
• Participate in student orientations and maintain records
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Finance or related field
• 1+ years in customer service, sales, or finance
• Familiarity with financial aid programs preferred
