We are seeking four dedicated Donor Centre Associates for our new Danforth and Dufferin centres. This full-time position involves working closely with donors and team members to conduct protected blood collection, ensuring compliance with health standards. Your client service skills and attention to detail will build positive donor experiences and guarantee accurate handling of blood products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform phlebotomy while maintaining donor safety and comfort
• Conduct registration and eligibility screening for donors
• Ensure accuracy in product information within the system




• Provide post-donation care and instructions
• Drive process improvements for enhanced donor experiences
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; post-secondary education a plus
• Phlebotomy training or one year of related experience
• Minimum 3 years in a customer-focused role
• Knowledge of Positive Manufacturing Practices
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Outlook
