Shape community connections as the Outreach Program Coordinator at YWCA Hamilton. In this temporary role, you’ll implement outreach plans and engage key stakeholders to promote employment and training programs.
This position is based in Hamilton, ON, with an emphasis on building relationships with high schools and community organizations serving underrepresented groups like women in trades. You will create outreach initiatives, collaborate with local employers, and document engagement activities to track success and inform management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement outreach programs to raise awareness
• Collaborate with community leaders and employers
• Organize community events and create presentations
• Track and report on outreach initiatives
• Support YWCA's mission and values
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Experience developing Outreach Plans
• Solid communication skills
• Current Emergency First Aid and CPR certificate
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
