The Clinical Therapist is a key member of the Adult Service team, requiring a Master’s degree in a clinical health discipline and a solid grasp of the DSM-5 criteria for mental health disorders. You will deliver evidence-informed therapies, collaborate with families, and engage in person-centered care while utilizing modern technology to enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assessment, treatment, and intervention to clients
• Conduct crisis management and risk assessments
• Collaborate with families for better recovery outcomes
• Participate in quality initiatives to improve care
• Offer supervision and mentorship as needed
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or similar
• Two years of licensed clinical experience required
• Current registration with a provincial regulatory body
• Solid communication and problem-solving skills
• Preferred competencies in French or other languages
