About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Finance to take on a pivotal role in leading the finance and accounting functions of its multi-site manufacturing enterprise. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader, providing both strategic and day-to-day financial leadership in a fast-paced industrial setting. This includes overseeing the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and the development of KPIs that link financial performance with operations. The role also involves mentoring the finance and accounting team, managing relationships with external partners, and championing operational excellence and continuous improvement.
