Key Responsibilities:
• Develop tailored programs meeting individual needs
• Facilitate programs with therapists and consultants
• Plan agency-wide events for community engagement




• Evaluate program effectiveness and adjust methods
• Ensure health and safety in program delivery
Requirements:
• College diploma in Social Services or related field
• Minimum of two years in recreation for developmental disabilities
• Valid Standard First Aid CPR/AED Level C certificate
• Proficient in technology and data recording systems
• Solid leadership and organizational skills
