K'awat'si Consulting seeks a talented Financial Analyst/Cost Accountant to join their team. This position focuses on financial planning, budgeting, and cost control for First Nations clients. You will play a crucial role in monitoring project performance and developing financial reports in alignment with Indigenous governance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain budgets and financial plans for client projects
• Perform financial forecasting and variance analysis
• Oversee job costing and control systems
• Support financial reporting for funding agreements
• Enhance budgeting processes and reporting tools
Requirements:
• CPA designation or active CPA candidate
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with Procore
