Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and
placement.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, becoming a trusted
partner on both sides.

Strategically source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, and Titan’s internal
ATS.

Coach and prepare candidates for interviews, ensuring the best possible match and experience.

Partner with the sales team to understand client needs and deliver top-tier talent.

Ensure data integrity and activity tracking in Bullhorn.

Qualifications:

You have a University or College degree

2–5+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or internal), preferably in staffing or high-
growth sectors.

Robust understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.





Proven track record of successful placements and client satisfaction.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Driven, self-motivated, and organized.

Experience using Bullhorn or similar systems is an asset.
