Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to support commercial beverage equipment customers across the Greater Hamilton Area.
This role is ideal for a hands-on technical qualified who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently in the field, and solving mechanical and electrical equipment issues in real time.
Key Responsibilities
Install, service, and maintain commercial beverage equipment at customer sites
Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on electromechanical systems
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related issues in the field
Maintain service vehicle inventory and ensure readiness for customer calls
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams
Provide technical support to the Sales Department when required
Participate in product testing and field service initiatives
Support trade shows, training sessions, and technical demonstrations as needed
Complete additional service-related duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma, degree, or vocational training in electrical and/or mechanical discipline
3–5 years of technical field or industrial service experience
Strong troubleshooting skills with electromechanical equipment
Refrigeration experience and refrigerant handling certification considered an asset
CFESA certification is an asset
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently in a field service environment
Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office applications
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background check
Must reside in or near the Greater Hamilton Area
