Roofer/Shingler - Experienced

Full time

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Residential Roofing Foreman to lead and manage on‑site roofing crews for residential projects. The Foreman will oversee daily operations, ensure safety compliance, maintain high‑quality workmanship, and coordinate effectively with project managers and clients. This role requires solid leadership skills, roofing expertise, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Wage & Compensation
* CAD $35.00 to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience and certifications.

Responsibilities
* Supervise and lead roofing crews on residential job sites
* Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code
* Interpret blueprints, specifications, and scopes of work




* Coordinate material deliveries and jobsite logistics
* Perform quality control checks throughout the project
* Maintain daily job reports and communicate progress to management
* Enforce company safety protocols and OSHA regulations
* Train and mentor crew members as needed

Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in residential roofing
* Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred
* Knowledge of roofing systems (shingles, metal, flat, etc.)
* Solid understanding of job site safety practices
* Ability to read blueprints and project plans
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
