Reporting to the Director of Care, you will engage in various nursing and personal care tasks, ensuring that each resident's individual needs are met. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one care to residents based on their individual plans
• Assist safely with lifts and transfers of residents
• Guide residents to activities, dining, and care areas




• Act as a companion to enhance residents' comfort
• Support day-to-day housekeeping and organizing tasks
Requirements:
• High School Diploma
• Ongoing Personal Support Worker program or similar
• Experience with seniors in healthcare settings preferred
• Robust, empathetic communication skills
• Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset
