As a key member of the HART Team, you will deliver vital health services in Brampton and Orangeville. Your focus on assessing, diagnosing, and treating clients will help ensure they receive the comprehensive care they need. Collaborate effectively within a supportive and dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend to clients both at the clinic and through home visits
• Evaluate health issues considering psychological and environmental factors
• Consult with physicians and other healthcare providers




• Order and review diagnostic tests in a timely manner
• Prescribe medications within your scope of practice
Requirements:
• Graduate degree in Nursing and active RN-EC license
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in community healthcare
• Completion of Controlled Substances Education Program
• Knowledge of Health Care Consent Act and related legislation
• Excellent interpersonal and cultural competence skills
