Key Responsibilities:
• Complete resident service requests and suite turnovers
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and troubleshooting
• Respond to maintenance emergencies as needed




• Mentor Maintenance Technicians through coaching and field training
• Oversee execution of National Preventative Maintenance Programs
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience
• Journeyperson certification or equivalent training
• Solid knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
