We are looking for a flat roofer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in SBS systems installation. You will perform detailed torch welding for watertight seals, prepare roofs by inspecting substrates, and ensure safety throughout the process. Robust skills in reading blueprints and handling hot-work equipment are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install 2-ply SBS torch-on membrane systems on roofs
• Conduct exact torch welding for every seam and flashing
• Tear-off old roofing and prepare substrate decks




• Operate propane torches safely during installations
• Diagnose and repair leaks on existing flat roofs
Requirements:
• 2+ years experience with SBS torch-on systems
• Valid RCABC National Torch Safety certification preferred
• Valid Fall Protection certification and WHMIS
• Reliable BC Driver’s License and transportation
• Basic hand tools required for the job
