Become the key point of contact for clients as the Engagement Manager in fund administration at Standish. Drive operational excellence while leading fund accounting and business development efforts.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing client engagements and guiding the team through fund accounting and financial statement preparation. In partnership with the Engagement Director, you will ensure a seamless experience for clients and their investors. Additionally, you will focus on mentoring junior staff, helping them develop their skills and contribute to engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain ongoing communication regarding fund activities
• Ensure client needs are met efficiently
• Supervise audit and tax processes thoroughly




• Review all communications to clients consistently
• Engage in business development and client proposal efforts
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics preferred
• 2+ years in public accounting required
• 2+ years of VC/PE experience or managerial role at a firm
• Previous experience with Partnership Accounting preferred
• Solid Microsoft Office skills with QuickBooks knowledge preferred
