About the Opportunity
Our client, a leading organization in the residential real estate sector, is launching a new function and is seeking a Senior Regional Leasing Manager to shape and lead it from the ground up. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving leasing performance, improving occupancy, and elevating the customer experience across a large and diverse Ontario portfolio.

You will act as a strategic partner to operations, marketing, and sales teams, while building and mentoring a high-performing leasing team. With a strong presence in the field, you will work closely with frontline staff to identify opportunities, implement best practices, and influence meaningful change that directly impacts business outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

You’ll lead and mentor a growing team of leasing professionals, fostering a high-performance, customer-focused culture

You’ll analyze portfolio performance and implement targeted strategies to improve occupancy, conversion rates, and leasing velocity





You’ll collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop data-driven campaigns and optimize lead generation efforts

You’ll travel extensively across Ontario to support property teams, conduct site visits, and reinforce best practices

You’ll assess team performance, deliver coaching, and implement training programs to elevate leasing capabilities

You’ll conduct market research, competitor analysis, and property audits to inform strategic decisions

Skills and Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in residential leasing, property management, or real estate sales

Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies

Demonstrated success in driving leasing performance and exceeding revenue targets

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams

Proficiency in MS Office, experience with Yardi or SAP is considered an asset
